Booking Conditions

1. Reservation
Reservations can be made online via our website, by phone, or by email. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.​

2. Booking Confirmation
Once your reservation is made, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your stay. Please check this information carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.​

3. Cancellation Policy

• Up to 2 days before arrival: free cancellation.

• 1 day before arrival: 50% of the room rate is due.

• Less than 1 day before arrival: the full amount is due.​

Non-refundable rates are only refundable in cases of force majeure (e.g., an accident making your stay impossible); we reserve the right to request proof.​

In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.​

Group bookings are subject to special conditions, which will be communicated upon request.​

4. Payment Terms
Full payment for your stay is required upon arrival. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.​

5. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in from 3:00 PM.
Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur additional charges.​

6. Pet Policy
Pets are allowed in the hotel, except in specific rooms. Supplement per pet: 15 CHF/night. Please contact us for more information.​

7. Guest Behavior
We reserve the right to terminate a stay if a guest's behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to other guests.​

8. Liability
The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.​

9. Booking Modifications
Modifications to your reservation can be made subject to availability. Fees may apply.​

10. Prohibition of Illegal Activities
The hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation if the guest is involved in illegal activities or if their stay is linked to illegal projects, including but not limited to prostitution or any other activity violating current legislation. In such cases, no compensation will be granted, and the guest must leave the premises immediately.​
